Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was a numerical and logical online test, followed by a phone interview, and a final round assessment center in London. During the assessment center there were group excercises, speed dating interviews and at least three interviews with representatives of the single desks. The interviews were mostly non-technical. They were the most essential part of the day as hiring is made on a specific desk. Dependent on the performance in the speed-dating interviews one could have three or up to seven interviews.
