Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process followed on from completing a spring week programme for Barclays Infrastructure.
I was asked to come back for an assessment centre.
This consisted of a 1 on 1 interview with a senior employee and a group exercise.
In the group exercise we were given half an hour to read through and take notes on a document which put forward a number of solutions to an inner city transport problem. We were then asked to present, in what ever format we felt appropriate, our conclusions in a 20min presentation which was followed by questions.
