Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed for a specific team within IBD and had c.10 interviews with people from the business and HR. Interviews ranging from very technical (with junior bankers) to more motivational based (with the senior team members). Generally, I was left with a very positive impression about the team and the senior bankers and that is why I decided to accept the offer.
