What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was a little different than others because I had a pair of 1 on 1 interviews (same day) before conducting phone interviews. The process was:
1. In-person interviews (7th ave) with Associates from two different groups (DCM and NatRes).
2. Phone interviews with two different VPs (different days, just due to their schedule) in M&A and TMT.
3. Super day (7th ave) with 5 additional interviews. TBH, I don't remember who they all were, but there were at least 2 Directors that I spoke with. Two of the interviews were very behavioral in nature, trying to see if I was a good fit. The other three were pretty standard.
