Investment Banking

There are first round interviews and second round interviews. The first round interview was on campus. After making it to second rounds, Barclays flies you to New York where you have a two-day super interview. For me, the process was longer because of the networking events that I went to. In terms of advice, it seems like Barclays isn't interested in the typical "investment banker" -- they like diversity and originality. I would talk about things that are unique to you as an individual as a way to differentiate from all the other "prototypical" candidates.
