Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very quick process. From target school. Interview on campus and than invited to superday. 1st interview was very technical. Lasted 30 minutes longs The superday was more fit based. It consisted of 3 interviews, Hit or miss if you get a friendly interviewer or if you get a nicer one. Overall a really good experience. Barclays is looking for people who fit their culture. Asked alot of questions based on their values. Most know them if you want to do well. Furthermore, if you like to do well make sure your quick on your feet with your math.
