Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One phone interview with alumni, then an in-person superday about 3 days later. The phone interview was a mixture of all types of questions lasting around 50 min, ranging the whole gamut of behaviorals, technicals, transaction questions, and brainteaser (just one). The superday consisted of three back-to-back interviews with two MDs and one ED, all very behavioral and transaction-oriented regarding my summer experience at another bank. They seemed more bent on finding out whether I will be committing to the firm if accepted than on anything else though, so all I needed to do was speak to what I've heard about the firm from multiple alumni that I've networked with.
