Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Introduced to job by an employee referral. Was contacted by HR within one week. Emailed by VP asking for phone interview. Had call on a Saturday within one week. VP was very down to earth and easy to talk to. Said the culture was very laid back but they turn it up when they have to. He enjoyed working for the company. No technical questions. All were about my background and prior experience.
