Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied to Barclays Hong Kong's investment banking summer analyst program during November 2014. Within 2 weeks, I got emailed to schedule for two skype interviews. After passing through first round, I was invited to New York City for an informational 2nd round interview, where I met with two senior bankers. After passing through second round, I was invited to the final round that took play during January 2015 in New York City. Received offer after final round within 1 week.
