Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Applied through on campus recruiting and had already networked extensively with alumni at the bank. I went through the Sophomore Springboard program. Usually you do HireVues for 1st rounds if you apply just online but at my school alumni came to campus and held coffee chats with 1on1 interviews afterwards. If you did well during your first round you were invited to a dinner after the information session later. I was interviewed by an Associate, saw someone else get interviewed by an Analyst, and know an MD was also interviewing. Mine was purely behavioral.

A few weeks after Barclays came to campus I got an email inviting me to the Superday in late April (April 23/24). Superday was 3 back to back interviews with an MD each. 1/3 Behavioral, 1/3 Markets/Behavioral Mix, 1/3 Behavioral/Technical Mix. Nothing out of the ordinary, I only used the M&I 400 guide and supplemented my own curiosity w/ the WSO guide as it goes into more detail.
