I got this opportunity through a headhunter, who phone screened me and met me at his nice offices in midtown. After this, I met with the senior banker at their offices. Very impressive setup, though it was his first week coming from a competitor, and I was his first interview. Since I had another offer about to blowup, I basically self-selected out of the process since he needed to meet with others to build out a proper team.
