Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two rounds of interviews, both of which were structured as superdays. Typical investment banking questions including brain teasers, finance questions, questions asking about walking someone through deals and other questions. Everyone on the team was generally very friendly and seemed hard working. The guys will try to talk you out of your decision to want to come to Barclays to see whether or not you actually want to do it. Overall, I think the screening process was adequate to excellent.
