Applied online in September. The first stage were online reasoning tests: numerical and verbal. Can be trained on shl.
Upon completion I was invited to a phone interview several months later. The interview covers your motivation, personal and communication skills.
Few months later I was invited to travel to London for an assessment centre. The process takes the entire day. Starts from a trading game, where the recruiters (team members not HR) can see how you interact in a team, followed by a technical test on probability, calculus and coding. Then 3 technical interviews on probability, general maths, coding and general (soft skills) interview with the member of the teams. If successful, you get a call from HR at the same day.
