Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was for a diversity program so it happened earlier than typical on campus recruiting. after submitting application online there was a phone screen with an alum. Heard about acceptance into three day program about two weeks later. program consisted of networking, information sessions and super day. none of the interviews were very technical and Barclays doesn't seem to have a very technical interview process at all. It was really as technical as you wanted to make it. More focus on behavior and whether or not you fit the company's culture.
