Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Cornell is a target school so I first attended some events for Barclays on campus then went to the 'cornell days' and from there I applied for an internship. I did both my first and final round interviews on campus, and they were only one day apart. The first round was one 30 minute interview, final round was 2 back to back 30 minute interviews.
