Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through the website and had to submit my CV along with completing two application questions. I then had to complete online tests. I had a phone interview with Graduate Recruitment followed by a face to face assessment centre with a group task and one face to face interview. To succeed really know the competencies well. Barclays put a lot of effort into their 5 core values. The culture was one that was quite intense and technical.
