Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online via the website from OCR. Process was smooth and pretty easy, involved filling up a few forms about your education, background, race and all the usual stuff.
After which, there was a math and personality test. Pretty simple stuff, just have to finish it up within the stipulated time, was about 30 minutes.
Instant results received via email, proceeded to resume drop and got an email from HR saying that they would contact you if short listed.
HR called back within a week and the phone interview started, followed by a superday.
