S&T Bootcamp program

applied through the website, got an interview a week later and found out the week after that. Had 2 weeks of preparation before the boot camp program itself. The phone interview was very conversational and almost entirely fit questions. The program ends in a super day which was much more technical than the phone interview, but still mostly market questions rather than models. Briefly asked about a desk that I would be interested in sitting on, but that is about as technical as it got. Overall a very positive experience.
