1) online application: standard stuff. 3 essays, which can be found online and they re-use those. this is followed by verbal test and numerical test. again, can be found online and with enough practice, is easy to do.

2) Phone interview - competency based stuff. i had met the HR before during campus presentation and thankfully she remembered me. mainly asked about certain situations i had been in etc. i had made a "cheat sheet" after scouring the internet for all the possible competency based stuff and also WSO. most of the qns didnt come out but all you had to do was tweak your answer.

3) super day - 3 main stages, details can be again found on the internet. 1-1 interview, group interview and case study. i obsessed over this for about 1.5 months and in the end after the whole ordeal was over, i felt it was pretty straightforward. main thing is nailing the 1-1 interview. the rest just tests that you are a someone who knows finance and can work with others without being too much of an alpha.
