Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was pretty conversational. There were two interviewers on conference call. In the beginning they focused on behaviorals like "tell me about yourself" and "why barclays" and "what group do you see yourself in". Later on they asked technicals like "what are the ways you can value a company" and "what is the best financial statement" and the standard depreciation and its effect on the three financial statements
