What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had regular communication with the campus recruiter, went to all the campus events. Got the interview on campus. Two interviewers showed up for the initial round, one an alum, the other not. Interviewed with the non-alum. It seemed to go well, chatted about non-work topics, bunch of the normal "Why IB?", "Why Barclays?", "How to value a company?". Interview went over time, thought it went decently. Not invited to superday.
