Summer Analyst

First round interviews were held on campus at the career center, second round were held off campus at a conference room in town. Both interviews were one on one, the latter being with two separate MDs. I found out that I had been neither rejected nor accepted the position the same day as the final round interview. A week later I found out I had been offered a position. All interviews were 90% fit and 10% basic technical questions, which seemed to gauge interest more than intelligence or quantitative skills.
