What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was for the most part easy. Simple technical and behavioral questions, such as "How would you value a company?" and "Why Investment Banking / Why Barclays?" Interview process was quick. However, they did not provide any feedback after the interview. Overall the experience was positive, but I felt that it was difficult for me to differentiate myself from other candidates.
