1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process was pretty chill. The guys were extremely friendly and laid back, more-so the most of the other banks that came to my school. I didn't know too many technicals going in, but I was happily surprised to learn the the first round was more fit based. I ended up brushing up on my technicals for the final round and got an offer. Definitely more blue collar than my other interviews
