Summer Analyst, Investment Banking

I had a first round phone interview with Barclays for a summer analyst position with their investment banking division. It was with HR and was done in the way that she asked me a question, I answered and she wrote down my answer. No follow-up questions from her and no clarifying questions was allowed from me. It took a total of about 25 minutes. I don't know how much weight they put on this interview, but it was definitely very different from what I've tried and heard other banks do.
