What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
IQ / Intelligence Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Apply online through the usual route with a few online competency questions to complete.
Complete numerical and verbal test.
1st stage of interviews: 1-1 phone interview with HR - Very robotic where the interviewer can only repeat the question once and can't discuss anything outside the question, there are also no follow-up questions - The questions are different from the normal competency as they 'strength' based so you really can't prepare for them whatsoever.
Didn't get to the next stage but it was an AC.
