Began with informational - basically why Banking, do you know what an associate does, do you know about the lifestyle, walk me through an IPO
2nd round was with VPs - more traditional technicals - walk me through a DCF, what discount rate, what goes into WACC, accretion/dilution. This was for a pre-MBA offer - I did not have a finance background and was not fully prepped as a result and was very surprised to be getting those types of Qs so early.
