Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was enjoyable until the final round interview. First there was a phone interview, then a formal application process. Then we were invited for a career day/group interview networking event. This event was very informative and we met a lot of friendly helpful employees. Then we were tasked with keeping in touch with the people we met, and a month later invited for final round interview. The final round consisted of 3 back to back one on one interviews. Two of the three were standard interviews, while the third consisted only of a dice game to test your risk appetite and ability to quickly calculate your NPV. This interviewer was abrasive and narrow minded and had only one 'right' answer in his head even though it was a very open ended game.
