There was only one 45-minute phone interview asking no technical questions, but about high-level research questions. If you can explain your Ph.D. research well it would be a pass. Then in a week it came the onsite interview. The onsite interview goes from 8:30 am to 1:00pm. There were 4 1-on-1 interviews, each 45 minutes, and one last 45-minute written test. There first 3 interviewers are VP level, and they ask technical questions. The last interviewer was a director, and he asked personal-experience questions. The written test covers 4 areas, math, probability, programming, numerical methods.
