Barclays came on campus late Sept. 2013 with company briefings. Started the process with phone and F2F informational interviews. Mid Dec. 2013, submitted resume and cover letter to the career dev office of bschool who submitted materials directly to the recruiting team at Barclays. Few weeks later, interview invite lists came out and mid-Jan 2014, on campus interviews.
Two interviews on campus, 1 was a case analysis. 2nd was a more fit. Offers sent that day.
