Summer Associate Intern

There was an informal reception the night before the interview. The recruiters already knew me, which made me feel confident I was at the top of the candidate pool. They were all very receptive to my interactions and personality. Therefore, I felt very good during the initial one on one interview and following group interview. Both interviews consisted of a mix between behavioral and technical questions. They weren't as intense as I anticipated. Again, I think the recruiters more or less made up their mind after the pre-night and just wanted to get to know me during the formal interviews. I was offered the position the following day, upon which I accepted.
