Summer Banking Analyst

I got hired through a contact that I knew at the company. I initially went to a networking session held on campus (target school) and met several people who were very helpful in getting my resume to the right people. My advice to people trying to work at Barclays would be to meet as many employees as possible who are in positions of power and influence (MD's) because they can more or less decide if they want to bring someone in.
