2 Rounds of Phone Interview, On-Campus Interview, Superday @ NYC
Phone Interviews were very technical oriented (could be that I'm coming from a non-finance background.).
Lots of Phone interviews, since I didn't go to "target" school, they invited me to Wharton for an On-campus interview since they were sending their bankers to Philly.
On Superday, it was pure fit. Ed King, the CEO, have declined to give me his business card after the interview. Came off as extremely intelligent, but at the same time someone who is not pleasant to spend time with. (imho I think he was trying to emulate stereotypical banker thats portrayed in pop-culture).
