1 step: online application with situational judgment, numerical and personality test
2 step: phone interview: 2 weeks after applying in was invited to a phone interview which was mostly competency based (why Barclays, why S&T? etc...)
3 step: Assessement center: I was invited to an AC one month after the phone call. We were around 30 and went through a speed networking, a group exercise and an individual presentation (stock pitch) in the morning. During the afternoon, I had 4 interviews with credit and rates sales. almost all questions were fit and market news questions. I only had a few technical and mental calculation questions.

Everybody was really nice , just trying to evaluate if we would fit the bank's culture.

Eventually, I had the offer a few days after.
