Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through Barclays accelerated MBA intern hire process. The first round of interviews involved one on one interviews with two associates. It was informational and conversational.
The second round of interviews was over the phone. I had back-to-back 30 minute interviews with two vice presidents. The first one was clearly behavioral. The second interview was entirely technical and focused on valuation.
On super day I was interviewed by 3 managing directors. I encountered brain teasers, but it was mostly conversational.
