Summer trading intern

I just applied online for the s&t internship position at Barclays. After some time they replied and we scheduled a phone interview. Specifically, the interview was of half an hour duration approximately and it was mainly based on competency questions e.g. why barclays, tell me about a time you had a conflict with a superior etc Nothing technical, nothing difficult. It's still been over one month and I still haven't got a reply. Apparently they are waiting for more people to have interviews and the make a final judgement.
