Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Trading game is the key. Candidates are split in to groups and you need to make the market on the probability weighted sum of a series of cards. Cards are numbered 1 to 14. There are 4 teams. Each team gets 1 card and does not know what cards the other teams have been dealt with. The moderator controls further 3 cards, which are then sequentially being revealed after each round of play. You are to judge from the tells that other teams give by either bidding the market up high or selling it low. In each of the rounds a different team is making the market first. This is when you need to know whether their card is high or low. Of course people might bluff, so you need to account for that too. You need to keep a track record of your trades and know your PNL. At the end of the game the 7 cards; 4 from the teams and 3 from the moderator are added up. This is the mark to market that determines your PNL. You dominate the game and you have a head start ahead of the rest on 1 on 1 interviews. Be vocal, have a strategy and show that you are a team player.
