Analyst

There was a lot of networking required; I came from the internship and got a return offer for the analyst role. The bank is currently undergoing lots of changes at the high up level, and as I wanted to laterally transfer to a different coverage group, the experience has been largely negative as their HR team is terrible about letting them know about spots + downsizing leaves very few open spots after the internship. Basically, to get into a coverage team, if you don't intern, you will get randomly placed in a product group. They also don't finalize placement until less than a week before your start date, which you only get six weeks in advance. Honestly, their onboarding process is horrible.
