Barclays Hong Kong sales and trading

After the initial application process had two phone interviews. The first one was short and basic, introduce myself, why J.P. Morgan why S&T etc, interview end quite quickly. Second interview digs deeper into what I find exactly interesting about sales and trading and the financial markets in general, the interview kind of goes along my answers, for example I mentioned my interest in equities and it developed into a discussion of recent related news as well as whether I trade. Had one face interview in the office with one man one woman , repeat the same 'why ' questions but they seem disinterested, had math brain teasers which I am totally unprepared for, was asked about my sports experience and my major, so mostly fit questions
