Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on their website with a CV & Resume, sent a link through an email to complete a personality test, one month later received an email to their Discovery Program in NYC. The Discovery Day Program consisted of the first day meeting associates, the team, and listening to presentations. The second day was a Superday, 5 20 minute interviews with current members on the team; mix of behavioral and technicals
