Corporate Banking Analyst

I first applied in October of 2023, and then I got an invite for an informal phone interview. That interview lasted for about 20-30 minutes and was mostly easy behavioral questions. Then, a few days later I got an invite for a superday. The superday was two 30 min interviews with senior leaders. Again mostly behavioral questions (Why CB, Why Barclays, a time when you failed, a time you had to be a leader in a group, etc...). I got the offer the week after.
