Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first completed the online tests. About a month later, I was contacted on relatively short notice and invited to an online interview the following day.
The online interview lasted around 45 minutes. It started with approximately five minutes of fit questions, mainly about my previous experiences, my CV, and a project I had worked on. The rest of the interview was almost entirely technical and conducted in English, with questions mainly focused on valuation methods, IFRS adjustments, and working capital.
