Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a first round screen with a school alum. The interview was very behavioural with a basic question about the economy.
Round 2 was straight superday with 2 senior interviewers via zoom. Both these interviews were again very behavioural and more focused on if I understood what Banking was and why I wanted to be at Barclays
