Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked throughout the fall, first round in mid january which was just a technical screen (basic walk me through depreciation impact etc.) followed by a super day a few weeks later which was awful — was two interviews, the first was an MD who literally didn't let me finish a sentence the whole time and belittled my whole resume, and the second with a VP who was pretty nice and asked standard scenario questions. They put a HUGE emphasis on only taking people who really want to be there, so if you don't tell them they're your first choice and you'll snap accept, they won't offer you.
