Product Control Analyst

HR informed me late about the interview time, I got to know the exact time one day before the interview. It's on site interview. I've meet two people, one is analyst, and the other is manager. Both of them were very nice, asked a lot technical questions, like how to calculate greeks, questions about swaps, some accounting knowledge. I guess it's because I am still in business school and lack experience, and they prefer professionals with 2 year experience. They only had one position opening. I didn't get any news after the interview. No declining email either. I see it an unprofessional way to decline an candidates.
