Apply on online at the beginning of September, after this do a pretty standard online assessment. About 8 weeks later was invited to an in person AC in their office. AC is two one hour long interviews by two employees in each interview. Questions mainly behavioural and competency, so asking questions where you show how you applied Barclays values with one technical markets question at the end.

Friendly interviewers, however was ghosted after the interview and never received an update until I followed up several times a couple months later.
