Summer Analyst

I searched for ummer Analyst positions and applied directly on the site (I was in touch with a vp of CB throughout, but never got a referral). First assessment is a series of description assessments that goes "which of the following three statements best describe you"- you select one of the three statements, and then continue to select one of the two statements basically ranking the order. The next was a recorded assessment to five questions similar to a hirevue. They were all behaviorals.
