1. Online application
- No CV/covering letter needed, you're directly invited to online assessment.
2. Online Assessment
- mixture of situational & numerical & competency - it gives you situation as if you're an entry-level analyst in Barclays, taking part in one of its deal. It's timed, so you should work fast. Also, don't be intimated by unexpected questions.
3. Phone Interview
- mostly competency-based; also asking motivations
4. Assessment Centre
1) Fast Networking
2) 3 to 1 interview - mostly competency-based, few technical/market questions, and some brainteasers.
3) Case study - giving a presentation to the interviewer.
