Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online after a referral from a friend working there. The process was quick starting with online assessment inclusive of mental maths n probability questions. Thereafter I proceeded to phone and 1 on 1 interview. After 2 weeks I was asked to choose slot for superday. It consisted of 2 interviews. The interview was easier than the one on one interview. Only 1 question involving market making game was quite difficult but easy from the other top firms
