Transaction Banking Intern

Simple online application process. Uploaded resume & cover letter together as one file. Heard nothing for 2 months until HR reached out asking for me to confirm my eligibility to work in the country. Around 3 weeks later a VP emailed me asking to schedule an interview. Interview was in person, 2 on 1, one hour in duration and relatively light on technicals. Was asked to go over my resume. Questions were specific but not technical, e.g. "tell me about a time you failed to deliver on a promise or commitment", "talk about a time when you had to analyze and draw conclusions from a large dataset". Interviewers were friendly and banter was not difficult to establish. I left the interview without confirmation of my getting the role but feeling good about it. Was called 3 weeks later with an offer.
